Colt 1903 Pocket Hammerless .32 ACP sn 560290 - issued by the OSS to Army Major Eric Lindgren Bark in Sweden during WWII.  Included with this Colt is Major Lindgren Bark's passport and unmarked shoulder holster. Pistol was one of 508 sold to the United States Government and shipped on August 24, 1944 to the Property Officer, Supply Division, Office of Strategic Services, Fowler Building, Rosslyn, Virginia and processed on Colt Factory Order 4420.

Eric Lindgren Bark was born in Wilberg, Sweden on November 5, 1900. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. G. R. Lindgren-Bark of Upsala, Sweden.  In 1934, he married Miss Amo McKee in Washington, DC.
