OFFICIAL SYMBOL - Brigadier General Edward F. Logan, assistant Division Commander of the 26th (Yankee) Infantry Division, receives his "Official Leather" belt and holster with pistol that designates him as a federally recognized "General of the Line".  Making the presentation is Major General Richard J.
